We inspect every item before packing, but if there's a problem, you can report it immediately.
Return Conditions
• Report within 3 days from the date of receiving the parcel, along with a video of opening the box
• The item must be in its original condition, not used, with complete box and accessories
• In case of defective items due to manufacturing or wrong model, the store is responsible for return shipping costs in full
• In case of change of heart, the customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways
